The stairways felt unsafe, with poor maintenance causing a slip hazard!!! Lack of a shuttle service to popular shopping areas made things inconvenient, not to mention the dimly lit upper lobby that left a lot to be desired.

I absolutely loved my stay here, especially the delicious breakfast buffet and the nice cozy balcony in my room. There are plenty of relaxation options like a lovely garden area and a soothing massage service to unwind after a long day. The only thing I’d suggest is to brighten up the corridor leading to the elevator a bit more, but it didn't take away from my overall great experience! 🌟
